President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has urged Nigerian citizens to renew their commitment to both the nation and the broader cause of humanity.

This is as the President extended his congratulations to the Muslim Ummah in Nigeria and across the globe as they mark the conclusion of the holy month of Ramadan.

In a statement released through his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, the President  urged Nigerians to internalize the spiritual lessons of the fasting period specifically the virtues of piety, empathy, and collective unity.

Emphasizing that these values should extend beyond the month of Ramadan, he called for a spirit of selflessness and compassion to guide national interactions.

President Tinubu further tasked religious leaders with the responsibility of interceding for Nigeria’s peace and prosperity, while encouraging the faithful to extend hands of fellowship and kindness to the needy, regardless of their religious affiliations.
