The Kogi State Accountant-General, Dr. Habibat Oyiza Tijjani Onumoko, has praised the Honourable Commissioner for Information, Hon. Kingsley Femi Fanwo, for his outstanding leadership, humility, and commitment to community development in Kogi State.
Dr. Onumoko, who was represented by FAWWASS, joined residents of Takete Ide in Mopa-Muro Local Government Area on Saturday to celebrate the 2025 Takete Ide Day, a cultural and developmental event that drew dignitaries, traditional rulers, and community leaders from across the state.
This was contained in a statement signed by the FAWWASS Media Team on Saturday.
The statement reads partly: “Hon. Kingsley Femi Fanwo remains a true son of the soil who has positively impacted lives through his dedicated service to Kogi State. I have known Hon. Fanwo since the administration of the Supreme Leader and former Governor, His Excellency Alhaji Yahaya Bello, and I continue to witness his constant commitment under the leadership of the present Governor, His Excellency Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo.”
“His loyalty, humility, dedication, wisdom, integrity, and compassion make him a shining example of purposeful leadership and community service.
“Culture is life, our identity, our pride, and our unifying force. Let us continue to uphold our values and support one another for a greater Kogi State and a prosperous Nigeria.
“President Tinubu and Governor Ododo 4+4=8 is divinely sealed by God’s grace,” she declared.
Dr. Onumoko further appreciated the Takete Ide Community for their hospitality, unity, and commitment to cultural preservation, urging continued cooperation with both the Federal and State Governments to sustain peace and progress.
She expressed gratitude to the people for maintaining communal harmony and development-focused engagement, describing the annual celebration as “a symbol of the people’s strength and cultural pride.”
