Man, 27, docked for allegedly stealing window net frames worth N120,000

 A 27-year-old man,  Segun Ewjui, was on Thursday docked in an Iyaganku Magistrates’ Court Ibadan for allegedly stealing aluminum window net frames.
Ewjui, whose address was not provided, was charged with house entering and theft, to which he pleaded not guilty.
The Prosecutor, Insp. Kemi Oladapo, told the court that the defendant committed the offence on June 22, at about 6.00 p.m. at Akala area of Ibadan.
Oladapo alleged that the defendant entered into the house of one, Mr Semiu Adebayo, and stole three pieces of aluminum window net frames worth N120,000.
She said the offences contravened Sections 412 and 390(9) of the Criminal Laws of Oyo State, 2000.
The Magistrate, Mrs Oluwabusayo Osho, granted the defendant bail in the sum of N50,000 and two reliable sureties in like sum.
Osho, thereafter, adjourned the case until Aug. 14, for hearing
