President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has assured Nigerians of a significant turnaround in the nation’s economy, stating that the period of hardship and suffering is coming to an end.
The President made the remarks on Friday while congratulating the newly installed Olubadan of Ibadan, Oba Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja, during his installation at the Mopo Hall, Ibadan.

He noted that strong traditional institutions, in partnership with government, are crucial for fostering social cohesion and driving development at both local and national levels.
The President assured Nigerians that his administration is committed to implementing policies that will stabilize key sectors, create jobs, and improve living standards.
“The pains and challenges that our people have endured are coming to an end. Our focus is on building a strong, inclusive, and resilient economy that benefits every Nigerian,” he said.
Oba Ladoja, who was presented with the staff of office by Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde, thanked President Tinubu for his support and pledged to work alongside the government to promote development, unity, and prosperity in Ibadan and across Oyo State.
