Osun 2026: Oyebamiji predicts massive APC win

The All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate in Osun State, Bola Oyebamiji, has expressed strong confidence that the party will secure a decisive victory in the August 15, 2026, governorship election.

Speaking on Friday in Osogbo, Oyebamiji asserted that the opposition would be unable to stop the APC’s success at the ballot, stating that he is convinced of his eventual emergence as governor.

His remarks came during an event where Francis Damilare Eniade, founder of the Eniade Foundation and a House of Representatives aspirant, donated eight campaign vehicles and ten motorcycles to the AMBO Campaign Council.

Oyebamiji urged party loyalists to return to their wards and units to mobilize voters, emphasizing the importance of the remaining voter registration window. “Be rest assured that, by God’s grace, we will have this government. Some may somersault, but we will vote massively and get elected,” he said.

The donor, Eniade Damilare, explained that the contribution was driven by a desire to ensure a landslide victory for the APC. He called on all members to unite and work hard toward the upcoming polls.

Adding to the optimism, the Director-General of the APC Campaign Council, Hon. Oluwole Oke, noted that the party enjoys immense grassroots support. He commended the donor’s contribution, stating that the party is fully mobilized and “set to move” toward victory on August 15.
