Nascon Allied Industries Plc has announced a leadership change following the resignation of its Managing Director, Mr. Thabo Mabe, who is moving to take up another role within the Dangote Group.
Mrs. Aderemi Saka, currently the company’s Deputy Managing Director, will assume the role of Managing Director effective December 1, 2025.
According to the disclosures to the NGX group, she brings over 26 years of experience in multinational and publicly listed companies, both in Nigeria and abroad.
Saka joined NASCON as Chief Financial Officer in 2016 after contributing to the Dangote Group’s Corporate Strategy team, and was appointed Deputy Managing Director in February 2025. During her tenure, she has played a key role in improving financial performance, boosting productivity, and strengthening internal controls.
The Board expressed appreciation to Mr. Mabe for his service and conveyed confidence that Mrs. Saka’s leadership will reinforce the company’s governance framework and guide NASCON toward continued strategic growth.
