The All Progressives Congress (APC) today witnessed a massive turnout as Hon Rasheed Oladimeji Mustapha officially flagged off his campaign for the House of Representatives seat in IFO-EWEKORO.

The youthful and vibrant aspirant, an illustrious son of Ago-Alagbede in Agbado, vowed to bring real change, social amnesty, and developmental opportunities to his people.

The event, held at OGD Town Hall, Agbado, drew uncontrollable crowds, including APC executive members, local leaders, and stakeholders such as the Chairman of Ward 04, Hon Ayodabo Opeyemi; youth leader Comrade Opadoyin Adedoyin; women leaders; and representatives of Afenifere Arewa.

Hon Mustapha, regarded as the people’s choice for Ago-Alagbede, promised to eradicate poverty, stimulate growth, and introduce innovative opportunities for community development.

“Ago-Alagbede deserves a fresh start. Just as light conquers darkness, we will overcome stagnation and bring meaningful change,” he said.

He assured that his administration would be inclusive, benefiting both indigenes and non-indigenes, while allowing a Special Task Force Committee to operate effectively to deliver on his promises.

The aspirant further pledged to provide employment opportunities for graduates, empowerment and vocational skills programs, and even exotic cars for APC executives within 12 months of election, if successful.

“I am ready to deliver the real dividends of democracy and bring laughter back to the people of IFO-EWEKORO Federal Constituency,” Hon Mustapha added, noting that he personally understands the struggles and challenges the community has faced over the years.
