Atiku loyalist Umar Jada resigns as ADC Publicity Secretary

Assistant National Publicity Secretary and North East Zonal Publicity Secretary of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Umar Jada has resigned from his positions.
Jada, a close ally and kinsman of presumed ADC presidential front-runner Atiku Abubakar, said in his resignation letter that the decision was necessary to prioritise personal and critical commitments.
“I write to formally tender my resignation as assistant national publicity secretary and zonal publicity secretary of the ADC, effective immediately,” Jada stated.
Known in Adamawa State as “Calculate,” Jada described stepping down as a difficult choice but one essential to focus on matters requiring his full attention. He praised the party, noting that it could still count on his support and respect for its leadership.
