The Zamfara state chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has commended President Bola Tinubu for appointing Süfyan Yuguda as the State Director of City Boy Project.
This is contained in a statement issued in Gusau on Friday by state APC Publicity Secretary, Malam Yusuf Idris.
It was gathered that Yuguda was the former Commissioner of finance in Zamfara during the tenure of the former Governor, Dr Bello Matawalle .
Idris said the state APC chapter was highly impressed with Yuguda’s appointment and commended Tinubu for choosing the young and vibrant candidate for the position.
“This appointment did not come as a surprise, considering the ability of the appointee as a strong and reliable youths political mobiliser.
“We are all aware of Süfyan Yuguda’s contributions to the development of the APC and the entire people of Zamfara as he had demonstrated at various strategic levels of our political wins.
“We are therefore highly confident of the capacity of the appointee to promote our amiable President Bola Tinubu for a second term in office ahead of the 2027 elections,” he said.
According to Idris, the party is once again applauding the president for seeing such an illustrious son of Zamfara as capable of the tasks ahead.
“Also worthy of commendation are: The Minister of State for Defence, Bello Matawalle and Sen. Abdulaziz Yari for ensuring that Zamfara and its good people are not left out in president Tinubu’s administration,” he explained.
