United Capital has announced exceptional financial results for its impact investment vehicle, the United Capital Infrastructure Fund (UCIF), for the 2025 financial year.

The fund delivered a remarkable 55 percent increase in total income, reaching ₦3.06 billion, in what management described as a testament to its steady growth and ongoing value creation for investors.

The impressive top-line growth cascaded down the balance sheet, with the fund's net income surging by 52 percent to close at ₦2.65 billion for the year under review.

Consequently, investors saw significant value appreciation, as the net income per unit jumped by 54.5 percent to hit ₦213,354.

Overall, the infrastructure-focused fund delivered a robust gross return of 24.62 percent for the 2025 fiscal period.

Beyond the impressive annual metrics, the fund has maintained a strong track record of rewarding its backers.

Since its launch, the United Capital Infrastructure Fund has successfully distributed a cumulative total of ₦6.2 billion to its unit holders.

The company highlighted that this consistent financial performance reinforces the vehicle's position as a premier impact investment option, successfully balancing critical infrastructure development with strong, reliable yields.
