Stanbic IBTC Holdings PLC has announced a final dividend of N4.00 per ordinary share of 50 kobo for the financial year ended December 31, 2025.

In a notice dated April 17, 2026, the company secretary, Chidi Okezie, said the payout amounts to N63.6 billion and will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the register as at the close of business on May 4, 2026. The dividend is also subject to applicable withholding tax.

The lender noted that the proposed final dividend is in addition to the interim dividend of N2.50 paid in September 2025, bringing the total dividend for the 2025 financial year to N6.50 per share.

Stanbic IBTC said its register of shareholders will be closed from May 5 to May 12, 2026, to determine eligible investors for the payout.

According to the notice, dividends will be paid electronically on May 26, 2026, to shareholders who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the registrar to credit their bank accounts directly.

The company urged shareholders who are yet to complete their e-dividend registration to download and submit the appropriate mandate activation form through its registrars or their respective banks.

It also advised shareholders with unclaimed dividend warrants or share certificates to regularise their holdings by completing the e-dividend registration or contacting the registrar for validation.

Stanbic IBTC further disclosed that its 14th Annual General Meeting will be held in Eko Hotel & Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos, on May 26, 2026.
