Polaris Bank reaffirms service excellence as customer service week kicks off

Polaris Bank Plc has restated its commitment to exceptional customer experience as it joins the global celebration of the 2025 Customer Service Week, themed “Mission: Possible.”

The annual event, held from October 6 to 10, celebrates customer service professionals and their vital role in driving customer satisfaction and business growth.

Speaking at the Lagos headquarters, Managing Director/CEO of Polaris Bank, Mr. Kayode Lawal, said excellent service remains the cornerstone of the bank’s culture and long-term success.

He noted that while great service delivery can sometimes seem challenging, it is always worth the effort, stressing that the bank’s philosophy is built on consistency, thoughtfulness, and excellence.

“Our customers are the reason we innovate and push boundaries. Their trust and feedback inspire us to deliver the kind of service they truly deserve,” Lawal said.

Throughout the week, the bank will host several appreciation activities across branches and digital platforms, including staff recognition events, customer appreciation sessions, and internal learning programmes aimed at strengthening service culture.

Customer Service Week is celebrated globally every first week of October to recognise the importance of service excellence and the professionals who make it possible.
