Poetry Column-NND, SprinNG partner on annual poetry contest

The Sprinng Annual Poetry Contest is back, and this year, courtesy of Poetry Column-NND, three writers will each stand a chance to win N15,000 Cash and N10,000 gift cards to shop at Roving Heights. Timeline: The contest opens on March 1 and ends on June 30. The long-list will be announced on August 1, and the winner will be announced on August 15. Eligibility: Only Nigerian writers living in Nigeria are eligible for this contest. Only one submission per person is allowed. Contest Prompt: Write a simple poem on any theme of your choice between 8-10 lines. The line count doesn't include the poem's title. How To Submit: Click on the submission link HERE. Instructions: Any poem that doesn't follow the instructions below will be disqualified.

3. Put a line space between the title and the poem - if the poem has a title.
4. Only one submission per writer is allowed.
5. The poem may be already published or unpublished.
6. Do not submit prose-poetry or poems without clear line breaks.
7. Do not go below or exceed the line limit provided - 8-10 lines.
