“We will facilitate grants that you will not be required to repay. There are development partners, including those overseas, that support such programmes, and we will engage them on behalf of our fathers and mothers in the markets because we know you will use the funds responsibly.”

“We will also strengthen your cooperative societies and work with the Federal Government to ensure that grants and affordable loans are made available to traders.”

“No state or community can thrive without the support of Babaloja, Iyaloja and traders. That is why your progress is a priority for us. We will improve education, healthcare and other sectors. We will also provide insurance for you all when we get to power by grace of God.”

“Today, we are donating N10 million to support this market. The money will be paid directly into your account, which is why we requested your account details,” he said.
