The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has officially released the deployment list for 2025 Batch ‘B’ Stream I prospective corps members, urging all affected individuals to check their posting on the NYSC portal.
In a statement shared via its verified Facebook page on Monday, the Scheme advised prospective corps members (PCMs) to print and sign the Addendum—a crucial document required for registration at the various orientation camps. The document must be submitted at the point of entry into the camp.
Highlighting safety concerns, the NYSC cautioned all PCMs against embarking on night journeys to their designated camps. It stressed the importance of travelling during the day to avoid risks associated with night-time transit.
Additionally, the Scheme noted that due to capacity constraints, some PCMs posted to Lagos State would be attending their orientation course in camps located in neighbouring states such as Ekiti, Ondo, Ogun, and Osun. Likewise, those deployed to the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) may have their orientation in camps situated in Nasarawa or Kaduna States.
The 21-day orientation programme, which marks the start of the mandatory one-year national service, is expected to begin shortly. PCMs are encouraged to prepare adequately and adhere strictly to guidelines issued by the NYSC for a smooth and safe transition into service.
