The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) has commended Isibor Blessed Nicholas for demonstrating exceptional honesty, integrity, and professionalism after returning a passenger’s missing mobile phone.
Nicholas, a contract staff member with Pathfinder working on behalf of Lufthansa, recovered the device and secured it safely for 10 days. He remained dedicated to its safekeeping until he could ensure the phone was returned intact to its rightful owner.
According to the authority, this gesture reflects the core values of accountability, trust, and dedication that FAAN continues to promote within Nigeria’s aviation sector.
The agency noted that such acts of integrity strengthen the reputation of the country’s aviation industry and foster a culture of honest service delivery among airport personnel.
FAAN further expressed its appreciation for staff members who exceed their basic duties by demonstrating ethical conduct and high standards of professionalism in the discharge of their responsibilities.
