Ekiti ADC guber candidate endorses PDP candidate ahead of elections

The Ekiti state gubernatorial candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Ambassador Dare Bejide, on Sunday morning led the entire leadership structure of the party on a visit to endorse the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) gubernatorial candidate, Dr. Oluwole Oluyede.

The visit, which brought together prominent ADC leaders, stakeholders, party executives, and supporters from across the state, was aimed at formally declaring their support for the PDP candidate ahead of the forthcoming governorship election.

Speaking during the visit, Ambassador Dare Bejide reaffirmed his commitment to the progress and development of Ekiti State, stating that after careful consideration and consultation with party leaders and supporters, the ADC had resolved to throw its full weight behind the candidacy of Dr. Oluwole Oluyede.

“I have served the Peoples Democratic Party in various capacities and occupied several strategic positions within the party over the years. Therefore, I understand what it takes to lead and deliver good governance. Having carefully assessed all the contenders, I am convinced that Dr. Oluwole Oluyede possesses the credibility, experience, vision, and capacity required to move Ekiti State forward,” Ambassador Bejide stated.

The ADC gubernatorial candidate further called on all party leaders, executives, and members across the sixteen local government areas of Ekiti State to work tirelessly for the victory of Dr. Oluwole Oluyede and the Peoples Democratic Party in the forthcoming election.

He emphasized that the interest of Ekiti people must remain paramount above personal and political considerations, urging members to unite behind a common objective of ensuring a better future for the state.
