In a major boost to the institutional framework of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors, the former Governor of Nasarawa State and North Central Coordinator of the group, Senator Umaru Tanko Al-Makura, has donated a six-story edifice to serve as the organization’s national secretariat.
The modern facility, strategically located in the Jabi district of Abuja, is designated to function as the central administrative hub for the movement.
The secretariat is expected to streamline the coordination of its various programs while significantly expanding its outreach both across Nigeria and internationally.
Receiving the keys to the building on behalf of the organization, the Governor of Imo State and National Coordinator of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors, Hope Uzodimma, expressed profound gratitude to Senator Al-Makura.
He described the donation as a visionary gesture that underscores a deep commitment to the Renewed Hope initiative.
Governor Uzodimma noted that the six-story structure will facilitate more effective strategic planning and improve inter-zonal coordination.
He added that the new headquarters would serve to deepen stakeholder engagement and enhance communication across the country’s six geopolitical zones, further solidifying Al-Makura’s role in strengthening the organization’s structural foundation.
The handover ceremony was attended by several prominent political figures, signaling a unified front for the organization.
Among the dignitaries present were the South-East Coordinator and former Senate President, Anyim Pius Anyim; the North-East Coordinator and former Bauchi State Governor, Isa Yuguda; the South-West Coordinator, Senator Adedayo Adeyeye; and the North-West Coordinator and former Katsina State Governor, Aminu Bello Masari.
The event highlighted a growing synergy among national leaders and reaffirmed their collective dedication to disseminating the Renewed Hope message nationwide.
Stakeholders present at the ceremony characterized the donation as a pivotal development that provides a permanent and formidable institutional base for the group’s continued growth and operational coordination.
