Zenith Bank schedules Q3 review for October 30, prohibits trading during closed period

Zenith Bank Plc has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, October 30, 2025, to review and approve the Group’s unaudited financial statements for the third quarter ending September 30, 2025.

The bank disclosed the development in a statement signed by Company Secretary Michael Otu on the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NGX) website. In line with NGX regulations, Zenith Bank also declared a closed period for trading in its shares, effective from October 1, 2025, until 24 hours after the unaudited results are released.

During the closed period, insiders and connected persons are prohibited from directly or indirectly trading the bank’s shares.
