Adebayo Adeleke, popularly known as B-Red, a Nigerian singer and son of Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke has declared that his family did not venture into politics to accumulate wealth but to serve the people.

Speaking during a recent media appearance, the Afrobeats artist dismissed insinuations that political office serves as an avenue for his family to acquire fortune, explaining that they were already well established financially through generational wealth long before entering governance.

According to him, the Adeleke family’s foray into public service is driven purely by a commitment to leadership and public service rather than financial gain.

He emphasized that their focus remains on delivering the dividends of democracy and executing impactful community development across Osun State, rather than seeking personal enrichment through the state’s coffers.
