Veritas Kapital Assurance Plc has announced that its Board of Directors will approve the company’s Unaudited Financial Statements for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2025, through circularisation, in line with regulatory requirements.

In a notice to the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), the company said a formal meeting of the Board has been scheduled for Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. to ratify the fourth-quarter 2025 unaudited financial statements and review the company’s operational strategies.

The notice was signed by the company secretary and legal adviser, Saratu Umar Garba.

Accordingly, directors, management and other insiders of Veritas Kapital Assurance Plc, as well as their connected persons, are prohibited from directly or indirectly dealing in the company’s securities until 24 hours after the release of the 2025 fourth-quarter unaudited financial statements and the audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025, to the NGX and the general public.
