Unilever Nigeria PLC declares N3.25 final dividend for 2025

Unilever Nigeria PLC has announced a proposed final dividend of N3.25 per 50 kobo ordinary share for the financial year ended December 31, 2025.

According to the corporate action document released to the Nigerian Exchange, the proposed payout will be drawn from the company's after-tax profit and remains subject to the appropriate withholding tax deductions.

To be eligible for the payment, investors must have their names on the Register of Members by the qualification date of April 10, 2026.

The company’s register of shareholders will subsequently be closed between April 13 and April 17, 2026.

Electronic dividend payments are scheduled to be disbursed on May 8, 2026, to shareholders who have completed their e-dividend registration.

The dividend declaration will be presented for final approval at the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting, slated for 10:00 a.m. on May 8, 2026, at the MUSON Centre in Lagos.
