Homosexual act reported to the Deputy Inspector General of Police FCID Abuja and endorsed the Commissioner of Police ‘Admin’ via letter no:CB: 7000/X/ ABJ/ CSP’A’/ VOL.618/220 dated. 17th November. 2023 for detailed investigation. The complainant Mr Shehu Rabiu alleged that he used to be a business associate with the suspect Mr Efe Kelvin Ohwotemu. However , sometimes in August, 2022 the suspect scheduled an appointment under the pretence of business meeting. Eventually, that at the meeting venue the suspect began to touch the complainant amorously using some evil mechanism to touch the complainants’ private part in an attempt to introduce him to homosexual Act but the complainant resisted . Furthermore, that the suspect continue sending nude pictures to the complainant and all the evidences has been submitted to the Nigeria police. It is obvious that the actions of the suspect Mr Efe Kelvin Ohwotemu is evil and has indecent motive. In view of the above, invitation was served to the suspect vehemently refused to honor Police invitation. Meanwhile, credible information from the complainant revealed that the suspect has traveled to Canada. Since the suspect is now base in Canada, the investigation Team need to WATCH LIST the suspect.
