Stanbic IBTC’s ‘There Is More’ campaign urges CEOs to reimagine growth

Stanbic IBTC Bank has launched a nationwide campaign titled “There is Possible, Then There is More,” aimed at motivating Nigerian business leaders to break beyond perceived limits and embrace exponential growth through strategic collaboration.

The campaign kicked off with a striking teaser rolled out across digital platforms, out-of-home advertising, and social media. The cryptic message—”An Open Letter to All CEOs”—sparked intrigue and widespread speculation until the full message was unveiled earlier this week, revealing a compelling and motivational appeal.

At the centre of the campaign is a direct and emotional open letter from the bank to Nigeria’s CEOs. The letter commends their tenacity amid economic challenges and invites them to reconsider what they can achieve with the right financial partnership.

The campaign reflects Stanbic IBTC’s broader positioning as not just a provider of financial services, but as an ally invested in long-term business growth and sustainability.

“Our role as a bank extends beyond supplying capital,” said Remy Osuagwu, Executive Director of Business and Commercial Banking at Stanbic IBTC Bank.

“We are here to encourage and back Nigerian CEOs in accomplishing more. We recognise the complexities and ambitions involved in running a business in this environment, and our purpose is to help leaders unlock their full potential.”

Stanbic IBTC’s message is grounded in its wider mission of driving business expansion through tailored financial solutions, including trade finance, investment advisory, digital platforms, and enterprise development. The bank said its services are built to cater to businesses of all sizes and industries.

“‘There Is More’ isn’t just a tagline—it’s a call for a new way of thinking,” Osuagwu continued. “We are reiterating our promise to act as a driving force for growth and transformation across Nigeria’s business landscape.”

As a member of the Standard Bank Group—Africa’s largest financial institution by assets—Stanbic IBTC is using this campaign to signal its readiness to support Nigerian business leaders on the journey from potential to realization
