Samsung launches Galaxy Tab S11 series with AI-powered multitasking, ultra-thin design

Samsung has unveiled its latest flagship tablets the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra and Galaxy Tab S11, delivering what it calls its most intelligent and advanced tablet experience to date.

Powered by the latest Galaxy AI and featuring One UI 8 with new multimodal capabilities, the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra is Samsung’s thinnest tablet yet at just 5.1 mm, combining premium design with pro-grade performance.

The Executive Vice President and Head of Customer Experience Office, Mobile eXperience Business at Samsung Electronics, Jay Kim said “The Galaxy Tab S11 series combines AI innovation with refined hardware to deliver a true multitasking experience that reflects Samsung’s deep experience in mobile productivity,”.

The new tablets feature upgraded Samsung DeX, a redesigned S Pen, and support for Gemini Live, enabling real-time screen sharing, contextual questions, and instant summarization of content.

Users can multitask seamlessly, capture notes, sketch, translate text on-screen, and control apps using AI-powered commands.

Performance has been significantly boosted with Samsung’s next-generation 3nm processor, delivering 33 per cent faster NPU, 24 per cent CPU, and 27 per cent GPU performance improvements.

Paired with Dynamic AMOLED 2X displays offering up to 1600 nits of peak brightness, the devices are built to support work, creativity, and entertainment in any environment.

Samsung is also partnering with leading third-party apps such as Goodnotes, Clip Studio Paint, LumaFusion, and Notion, offering exclusive trials and discounts to enhance productivity and creativity for users.

The Galaxy Tab S11 series will be the first to ship with One UI 8, with the update rolling out to earlier Galaxy Tab models, including the Tab S10 series, starting in October.
