An unforeseen happened on the evening of October 2nd, 2023 when two men were reportedly caught having sex by one of the security personnel of Park View Hotels located in Aba in Abia State.
Report has it that while the security man who was actively discharging his duties by normally patrolling round the hotel, opened their door with pressure as he heard a disturbing sound from the room where the two men lodged, got the shock of his life on seeing the two men completely naked having sex.
His loud and surprised screaming, attracted the attention of the people around who came and started beating the men mercilessly.
One of the men who was later identified as Uchechukwu Ifendu, narrowly escaped while the other identified as, Ifeanyi Precious Ogechukwu was later handed over to the police. Since after receiving the report, police has declared Uchechukwu Ifendu wanted for homosexuality/ same sex practices.
Stephen Emereole who witnessed the incident condemned the police for arresting Precious and declaring Uchechukwu who is no where to be found wanted.
Emereole urged the government to show clemency and never let out the full wrath of the law on the matter.
