The Nigeria Police Force (NPF) Microfinance Bank Plc has announced a final dividend of 20 kobo per 50 kobo ordinary share for the financial year ended December 31, 2025.

The payment remains subject to appropriate withholding tax and shareholder approval.

In a corporate action notice dated April 15 and signed by the Company Secretary, Mrs. Osaro Idemudia, the Bank stated that the dividend would be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members at the close of business on May 19, 2026.

The lender disclosed that its Register of Shareholders will be closed from May 20 to May 22, 2026, while the qualification date for the dividend remains May 19, 2026.
