Ekiti State Governor, Biodun Oyebanji, has relieved all Technical Advisors and Directors-General of government agencies of their duties, effective immediately.
The directive requires all affected officials to submit their comprehensive handover notes directly to the Office of the Secretary to the State Government.
This announcement follows the recent dissolution of the State Executive Council just 24 hours prior, effectively concluding the disengagement process for political appointees within the current administration, with the exception of a select few whose roles have been retained due to the specialized nature of their assignments.
In a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Olayinka Oyebode, Governor Oyebanji expressed his gratitude to the departing officials for their dedication, unwavering support, and valuable contributions to both the administration and the overall development of Ekiti State, while wishing them well in their future endeavors.
