
Ojokoro LCDA Chair leads installation of Oba of Orile Alagbado

In a grand ceremony that showcased the rich cultural heritage of Orile Alagbado, the Ojokoro Local Council Development Area (LCDA) successfully installed the new Oba of Orile Alagbado.
The event, which took place under the visionary leadership of Hon. Hammed Idowu Tijani, Executive Chairman of Ojokoro LCDA, marked a new chapter in the history of Orile Alagbado, bringing unity, cultural revival, and progressive leadership to the community.
Speaking at the ceremony, Hon. Hammed Idowu Tijani highlighted the importance of the traditional institution in community development and promised continued collaboration with the Oba to ensure the prosperity and well-being of the people of Orile Alagbado.
Representing the state Governor at the event, the Commissioner for local government and chieftaincy affairs,Mr. Kayode Roberts lmplored the new kabiyesi to aligned himself with the government at the grassroot and bring development to the people,
The newly installed Oba, in his inaugural address, expressed profound gratitude to the government, the kingmakers, and the people for the honor bestowed upon him.
He pledged to uphold the customs and values of the community while working tirelessly to advance peace, progress, and inclusivity.
