NPF announces screening schedule for Osun recruitment candidates

The Osun State Police Command has released the official dates and requirements for the physical and credential screening phase of the ongoing recruitment of 50,000 police constables.
Commissioner of Police Ibrahim Gotan, acting on behalf of the Inspector-General of Police, confirmed that the exercise is scheduled to run from March 9 through April 18, 2026.
All sessions will be conducted at the Police Headquarters along Ring Road in Osogbo, starting daily at 7:00 a.m. for applicants of Osun State origin who successfully scaled the initial online registration phase.
Prospective candidates are directed to visit the official recruitment portal to verify their status and print their invitation slips, which will indicate their specific screening table and time.
To participate in the exercise, applicants must present a comprehensive set of documents including their original National Identity Number (NIN) printout, academic certificates, birth records, and local government identification.
Additionally, candidates are required to submit a signed guarantor’s form and present their credentials in two separate white flat files. The command has specified a strict dress code for the duration of the screening, mandating that all applicants appear in plain white T-shirts, white shorts, white stockings, and white canvas shoes.
