Nestlé Nigeria holds board, AGM meeting on May 25

Nestlé Nigeria Plc has announced plans to hold a board meeting and its 57th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on May 25, 2026.
In a notice dated May 18, the Company Secretary and Legal Adviser, Bode Ayeku, disclosed that the meeting would take place in Ikeja, Lagos State capital.
The food and beverage company stated that the board meeting would “preview the arrangements for the 57th Annual General Meeting of the Company later in the day at the same venue and to consider the Management Report.”
It is understood that the notice was made in compliance with the listing rules of the Nigerian Exchange Limited, which require publicly listed firms to disclose significant corporate meetings and decisions to shareholders and the investing public.
