“All submissions must reach the Commission on or before Friday, September 24, 2021 and should be addressed to: The Executive Vice Chairman, Nigerian Communications Commission, Plot 423, Aguiyi Ironsi Street, Maitama, Abuja. ATTN: Director, Legal and Regulatory Services,” the statement read.
This exercise is on line with the powers conferred on the agency by the Nigerian Communications Act 2003 which empowers the regulator to hold a stakeholders input on new regulations in the industry.
