LG Electronics has reinforced its leadership in smart living innovation by showcasing its AI-powered home solutions at InnoFest 2026 in Abu Dhabi and the recently concluded Mega HORECA 2026 exhibition in Nigeria.
The exhibitions highlight the company’s strategy of aligning global technological advancements with the everyday needs of consumers and businesses across the Middle East and Africa.
Building on the momentum from Abu Dhabi, LG brought its innovations closer to local consumers at the Nigerian showcase, offering hospitality stakeholders, business partners, and households hands-on access to its smart technologies designed to transform both residential and professional environments.
At InnoFest 2026, the company unveiled a portfolio of AI-driven home and lifestyle innovations tailored specifically for the Middle East and Africa market.
The exhibition demonstrated LG’s evolving smart ecosystem, where connected appliances and air solutions work seamlessly to deliver convenience, personalization, and energy efficiency.
Among the highlights was the award-winning LG SIGNATURE WashCombo, an all-in-one washer-dryer with what the company describes as the world’s largest capacity.
LG also expanded its LG WashTower lineup with a new 25-inch model, complementing existing sizes to support diverse installation environments while improving usability and space efficiency.
Under the “Fit & Max” concept, LG introduced kitchen appliances focused on built-in aesthetics and intelligent functionality. The LG InstaView French Door refrigerator features a Zero Clearance hinge for flexible installation and AI Fresh technology that optimizes cooling based on usage patterns.
During the Mega HORECA 2026 exhibition in Nigeria, visitors explored intelligent refrigerators with adaptive cooling technologies, AI-enabled laundry systems, smart cooking solutions, and advanced air-conditioning units designed for both residential and commercial applications.
The showcase underscored LG’s commitment to making global innovation accessible locally.
A major attraction at the event was LG’s flagship dehumidifier, designed to combat mold and mildew while operating quietly for extended periods.
The product combines sleek design with advanced technology to improve indoor air quality and create a more comfortable home environment.
Commenting on the exhibitions, Hyoung Sub Ji, President of LG West Africa Subsidiary, said the company remains focused on delivering user-centric, locally optimized solutions.
“Through continuous innovation and meaningful partnerships, we aim to create lasting value and shared growth in this dynamic region,” he said.
