Kwara Revenue House nearing completion —Gov’t reveals

The Kwara State Government has announced that the state-of-the-art multi-storey Kwara Revenue House is nearing completion, with significant milestones recorded at the construction site.
Situated along Ahmadu Bello Way, G.R.A., Ilorin, the landmark project stands as one of the signature legacy developments initiated by Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq’s administration to overhaul public infrastructure and drive long-term economic growth.
The government noted that the complex will serve as the permanent headquarters for the state’s revenue administration, centralizing the agency’s operations under one roof.
Designed to boost efficiency and elevate the taxpayer experience, the facility is equipped with modern amenities aimed at eliminating operational bottlenecks, encouraging seamless interdepartmental synergy, and optimizing service delivery.
The announcement follows a pre-commissioning inspection tour of the facility led by Governor AbdulRazaq alongside top government functionaries and dignitaries ahead of its official handover in the coming months.
The state government noted that the project represents a strategic investment in strengthening critical public institutions, reflecting the administration’s sustained push toward institutional modernization and sustainable development across Kwara State.
