Jaiz Bank Plc has announced plans to pay a final dividend of 11 kobo per 50 kobo ordinary share to its shareholders for the financial year ended December 31, 2025.

This was disclosed in a corporate actions announcement dated May 21, 2026.

The non-interest lender said the dividend, subject to shareholder approval and appropriate withholding tax, will be paid to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as of the close of business on June 2, 2026.

Ahead of the dividend payment, Jaiz Bank said its register of shareholders will be closed from June 3 to June 11, 2026.

No date has been fixed for the payment.

The bank also urged shareholders who have not completed their e-dividend registration to download the Registrar’s E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form from Africa Prudential Plc, complete it, and submit it to the registrar or their respective banks.

“Shareholders with unclaimed dividend warrants, share certificates, or those yet to be presented for payment were advised to complete their e-dividend registration or contact the registrar,” the notice partly reads.
