Ipswich sign Lukić from Fulham

Ipswich Town have signed Serbia midfielder Saša Lukić from Fulham for an undisclosed fee.
The 29-year-old, who made 26 Premier League appearances last season, has signed a contract through 2030.
“I can’t wait to play here as a home player,” Lukić said.
Lukić is the second player to make the switch from Fulham this summer, joining Moroccan defender Issa Diop in moving to the Suffolk club.
He originally joined Fulham from Torino in January 2023 and made a total of 106 appearances for the Cottagers.
“I have played at Portman Road before in the Premier League, and the atmosphere was one of the best I have experienced,” Lukić said.
Lukić has won 62 caps for Serbia, representing his country at the 2022 World Cup and 2024 European Championship.
“Saša is a player who brings real experience to the squad heading into the new season. Having played nearly 100 games in the Premier League, he knows what it takes to compete in the division and has been a consistent performer throughout his time at Fulham,” Gary O’Neil said.
During his time at Italian club Torino, Lukić made 168 appearances over seven seasons, scoring 14 goals.
