The peaceful protest organized on 30/05/2016 in Npor in Onisha Anambra state Nigeria to press home for the release of their leader, MAZI NNAMDI KALU has come and gone but the dust it raised is yet to settle. It would be recall that MAZI NNAMDI KALU has been in prison for the past six years, even though he has been granted bail several times but the authority failed to honor those courts orders.
This protest was hijacked by hoodlums and in a bid to bring the situation under control, alot of youths were injured and some lost their lives.
At that point some prominent personality within the area invited the police hence so many arrest and were made while notable members of group organizers were declared wanted by the police. Those declared wanted are, Chijoke NJOKU, Nwabeze Raphael,. Boniface Amuta,. Mickel Ndidi and Ejike Emmanuel.
Since the incident occurred these youths has not been seen or heard from by their parents and friends, no contact has been made because their mobile phone is not connecting hence their whereabouts remain unknown.
Youths are been Haunted down by the security personnel at random as parents are appealing to the Government to come to their aid. Mickel Ndidi absconded and was discovered in lagos at no. 11 Agric bus-stop ojo local government area of lagos state.
All efforts made to recover him was proved abortive before his disappearance.
