Ikeja Hotel Plc has reported a 30.5% growth in Profit After Tax to ₦4.06 billion for the half-year ended June 30, 2026, supported by strong room occupancy and higher finance income.

The hotel operator’s second-quarter financial statement filed with the Nigerian Exchange shows that total revenue for the first six months of 2026 grew to ₦6.43 billion, compared to ₦5.96 billion recorded in H1 2025.

In the second quarter alone, the company generated ₦3.08 billion in revenue, delivering a quarterly net profit of ₦1.92 billion.

This brought cumulative half-year net profit to ₦4.06 billion, up from ₦3.11 billion in the same period last year. Finance income and other operating streams added ₦4.72 billion to total earnings over the six-month period.

The Management noted that strategic cost controls and steady patronage across its hospitality assets contributed to maintaining positive operational momentum through the second quarter.
