Honeywell Flour Mills Plc has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on Friday, May 29, 2026, to consider the company’s audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026.

The company made this known in a notice dated May 20, 2026, and signed by the Company Secretary, Osomomen Olukoya.

According to the notice, the board meeting will deliberate on key corporate matters, including the approval of the company’s 2026 Audited Financial Statements (AFS), ahead of its release to the investing public and the Nigerian Exchange Limited.

“The Board of Honeywell Flour Mills Plc (the ‘Company’) will meet in Lagos on Friday, 29th May 2026 to consider among other things the Company’s Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31st March 2026 (2026 AFS),” the notice partly reads.

Olukoya also informed shareholders and the investing community that its closed trading period, which commenced on April 1, 2026, would remain in force until 24 hours after the audited results are released to the market.

This restriction is in line with the amended rules of the Nigerian Exchange Limited governing insider trading and closed periods for publicly listed companies.

Under NGX regulations, directors, persons discharging managerial responsibilities, and other insiders are prohibited from trading in the company’s shares during the closed period to prevent the misuse of confidential financial information.

Honeywell Flour Mills, a subsidiary of Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc, is one of Nigeria’s leading food manufacturing firms with operations spanning flour milling and related food products.
