FY 2025: Transcorp Group achieves record-breaking N544bn revenue

Transnational Corporation Plc (Transcorp Group) has released its audited financial results for the full year ended December 31, 2025, revealing a historic performance characterized by a 33% surge in revenue to ₦544 billion.
The conglomerate's diversified portfolio across power, hospitality, and energy proved resilient, with Profit After Tax (PAT) soaring by 44% to reach ₦135.9 billion, up from ₦94.1 billion in the previous year.
This milestone underscores the group's ability to drive industrial scale and commercial returns simultaneously, solidifying its status as one of Africa’s leading listed conglomerates.
A key driver of this exceptional growth was the group's power sector investments. Transcorp Power increased its available capacity to 625MW, while TransAfam Power successfully tripled its peak generation capacity to 270MW. These structural gains have significantly improved energy reliability and contributed to Nigeria's industrial competitiveness.
In the hospitality segment, Transcorp Hotels recorded an impressive 38% revenue growth, reaching ₦97.04 billion, fueled by robust demand in room bookings and large-scale events at the newly launched Transcorp Centre Abuja.
Group Chairman Tony O. Elumelu described the 2025 results as decisive, attributing the success to a disciplined execution of a diversified business model.
The group's total assets also grew by 14%, reaching ₦159.91 billion, positioning it for sustained future expansion.
With a combined market capitalization of ₦4.78 trillion, Transcorp Group remains a primary gateway for investors seeking exposure to the most dynamic sectors of the Nigerian economy.
