Nigerian actor and digital creator Dickson Okezue is embracing a new chapter in his creative journey, combining his passion for acting with social media content designed to entertain, educate and inspire audiences.

A graduate of Accounting from Lagos State University, Dickson Okezue began his professional acting career in 2010. One of his notable credits is Taste of Love, the Nigerian telenovela that premiered in 2014 and was widely promoted as the country’s first locally produced telenovela. He played Jerry in the series, which featured several established Nollywood actors. His other acting credits include Tinsel, Tales of Eve, Bridges, Freezing Point and Papa Ajasco.

Now based in Dubai, Dickson Okezue relocated to the UAE in search of a better life and new opportunities. Having created skits in Nigeria before his move, he began sharing informative content after discovering that many residents were unfamiliar with UAE documentation, procedures and local laws. Drawing from his own experiences and continued learning, he started helping people understand these issues through social media, earning the nickname “Solution Provider”.

His content now covers technology, gadgets, lifestyle, travel, informative videos, comedy skits and drama. He says he holds a UAE content creator licence and advertisers permit. His professional milestones include a TapTapSend brand ambassadorship spanning 2025–2026 and a partnership with Tobsy that began in 2025 and continues, according to him, as of October 2026.

Although he has not featured in a film recently, Dickson Okezue maintains that his acting career is still active. He hopes to secure more acting opportunities in the UAE while expanding his influence internationally. Integrating into the local market and creating content that resonates with UAE audiences remain among his challenges.

His ambition is to become one of the world’s recognised actors and digital creators. As he puts it, “We all start again every day. All we need is a new day and the opportunities that come with it.”

For Dickson Okezue the journey from Nollywood to Dubai is not an ending, but another opportunity to grow, create and tell stories.
