eTranzact proposes 5 kobo dividend for Shareholders

eTranzact International Plc has announced a proposed dividend of 5 kobo per ordinary share for the 2025 financial year, following the conclusion of its annual audit.
The 5 kobo payout is subject to the approval of the company’s shareholders and the deduction of the statutory withholding tax at the point of payment.

Shareholders who have not yet updated their bank account details for e-dividend are advised to download the E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form from the registrar’s website and submit it accordingly to ensure seamless receipt of their entitlements.
