Ebenco affirms full ownership of pioneer indigenous modular refinery

Ebenco Global Link Limited has affirmed that it fully owns the first fully locally fabricated refinery in Nigeria.
In a statement on Tuesday, the energy company cautioned stakeholders, investors, and the general public against relying on unauthorized reports and third-party graphics regarding its operations and corporate affiliations.
The company reaffirmed that the Ebenco Modular Refinery is a proprietary flagship project conceived, engineered, and executed under the leadership of its Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Ebenezer Oluwagbemiga.
Addressing recent media reports, the management clarified its stance on corporate partnerships and public affiliations.
“Ebenco Global Link Limited does not claim, imply, or rely on endorsements, affiliations, partnerships, sponsorships, or representations involving any public official, public figure, government institution, international organization, or dignitary unless such relationship has been formally announced through an official joint statement or press release,” the company stated.
The indigenous energy firm advised the public to disregard fan-made graphics, altered images, and unverified third-party claims seeking to link the company or its modular refinery project to external figures or unauthorized endorsements.
Emphasizing its commitment to corporate governance and local content development, Ebenco reiterated that all authentic project milestones, investment updates, and official communications will strictly be disseminated through its verified corporate platforms and official website.
The company urged investors, media partners, and industry stakeholders seeking verified information or press enquiries to reach out directly through its official corporate communication channels.
