The All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Campaign Council (PCC) has issued an official circular restricting ministers, political appointees, and council members to participating in campaign rallies exclusively within their respective home states.
The statement signed by Director-General Senator Abdulaziz Yari Abubakar aims to drive targeted grassroots mobilization across polling units, wards, and local government areas ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The guidelines also mandate unassigned directorates to focus on their approved work plans, outline specific exemptions for certain National Working Committee members, and emphasize boosting local visibility for state assembly and legislative candidates.
