Cadbury Nigeria Plc set to approve Q4 2025 unaudited results, declares closed period

Cadbury Nigeria Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), shareholders, and the investing public that it will hold the first quarter meeting of its Board of Directors on Monday, January 26, 2026, to consider and approve the company’s unaudited financial statements for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2025.
The company also announced the commencement of a closed period in line with the amended rules of the Nigerian Exchange Limited.
The notification was issued by the Company Secretary, Afolasade Olowe.
The closed period, which took effect from January 1, 2026, restricts trading in Cadbury Nigeria Plc shares by insiders and their connected persons.
According to the notice, the restriction will remain in force until twenty-four hours after the release of both the unaudited financial statements for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2025, and the audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025.
Cadbury Nigeria Plc emphasized that no insider of the company or their connected persons may deal directly or indirectly in the company’s shares during the closed period.
The company added that the Nigerian Exchange Limited and the investing public will be duly informed of the outcome of the board meeting.
