In a bold move to deepen digitization and achieve a paperless organization, the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has commissioned its new Innovation and Digital Services Unit.

Commissioning the Unit alongside Management Staff, the Registrar-General/CEO, Hussaini Ishaq Magaji, said the initiative is in direct alignment with Item 7 of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.

“Item 7 provides for: Accelerated diversification through industrialization, digitization, creative arts, manufacturing & innovation.”

“The Commission is pacesetter in the digital transformation of public service delivery,” Magaji stated.

He therefore charged the new Unit to deliver on its mandate by ensuring all CAC State Offices key into the paperless and digitization initiative.

In his response, the Head of Innovation and Digital Services, Mohammed Abdullahi, applauded the Registrar-General for the laudable initiative and pledged the Unit’s commitment to deliver on its mandate.
