With over 17 years of experience, the Chief Executive of Stanbic IBTC Stockbrokers Limited exemplifies the power of strategy and resilience in Nigeria’s capital market.

​Olarinoye assumed the helm in April 2022, the culmination of a journey that began in 2005 as a Treasury Officer at Investment Banking & Trust Company.

She rose steadily through the ranks, serving in key capacities including Head of Institution and Funds, Head Dealer for Retail Clients, and Executive Director.

Each role prepared her to lead one of Nigeria’s premier stockbroking firms.

​A Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS), she holds a B.Sc. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Ilorin and an Executive MBA from IE Business School. This blend of local expertise and global perspective defines her leadership style.

​Under her watch, Stanbic IBTC Stockbrokers has recorded significant wins, notably its reappointment as the official Federal Government Stockbroker by the Debt Management Office. Her ability to merge technical precision with innovative vision has strengthened the firm's position in equity and debt capital markets.
