Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke, has congratulated the Accord Candidate and member representing Ede North, Ede South, Egbedore and Ejigbo Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Bamidele Salam, on the occasion of his 57th birthday.

Governor Adeleke described Salam as a distinguished son of Osun, seasoned public servant and experienced legislator whose journey from journalism and grassroots leadership to the National Assembly reflects a sustained commitment to public service.

In his birthday message, the Governor said, “I’m proud of Bamidele Salam and the journey he has undertaken in service to our people. From his days as a journalist and grassroots leader to his years in the National Assembly, he has continued to bring experience, and a strong connection with the people into public service.”

Governor Adeleke noted that Salam’s understanding of grassroots politics, combined with his experience across the media, local government administration and federal legislature, has positioned him as an important voice in matters concerning his constituents and Osun State.

“BS has remained connected to his roots and has consistently demonstrated that effective representation begins with listening to the people,” the Governor added.

His Excellency wished the lawmaker continued good health, wisdom and fulfilment, praying that Almighty God grants him many more years of meaningful service to Osun State and Nigeria.
