Former presidential candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), Rabiu Kwankwaso has revealed that the Nigerian Democratic Congress (NDC) and the African Democratic Congress (ADC) may form a coalition ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Kwankwaso disclosed this on Monday during a live interview on Arise Television’s Prime Time.
During the session, he discussed his departure from the ADC and addressed the potential for a renewed alliance involving former Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi.
“The NDC and ADC may still work together before the election. There is a lot happening in this country that the older generation doesn’t quite grasp.”
“While some are still focused on religion and ethnicity especially those in our age bracket, younger people are simply looking for the right leadership for this country. I believe they are absolutely right to do so,” Kwankwaso stated.
