Venezuelan Government opposes Britain’s decision on sanctioning Alex Saab

The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela affirms its unequivocal disapproval of the British government’s decision to pursue unilateral sanctions against Venezuelan diplomat Alex Saab, who is facing judicial persecution in the United States.

This ruling, which is in violation of international law, illustrates the British government’s immorality in posing as a global anti-corruption judge while also being one of the principal perpetrators of the theft of assets belonging to all Venezuelan citizens.

The loss of human life and restrictions on pandemic response as a result of the seizure and confiscation of Venezuelan assets in the United Kingdom must be examined and punished. The current British government is the major perpetrator of this assault, and it will have to account for its actions before international justice sooner or later.
